Order Cancellations
To provide a fast service, some products are immediately sent for production. Please check your confirmation email carefully as we cannot refund products which have been mis-spelt by you.
Orders that have been personalised cannot be cancelled once they have entered the production process. If you still wish to cancel the order beyond this point 100% of the item price will still be charged.

Where goods have already been dispatched to you, a refund is not possible. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund. The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
Returns and exchange
When ordering personalised gifts from our website, we kindly request you to check the information you provide us with great care. As the items are personalised, they have no intrinsic value, and therefore, we cannot accept returns once the order has been fulfilled.
We will copy and paste the information you provide us to ensure accuracy.
If you receive a damaged/faulty item or if we have made a mistake, please contact us immediately quoting the order number, name and address, details of the product, a photograph of the issue, the reason for return, and whether a refund or a replacement is required. I have received the wrong item.
If the item received is not what was originally ordered, please contact us immediately by email Click Here (opens email form) and state the order number, name and address and a photograph of the item received. We will email you a label and advise you on how to proceed with the return.
Faulty item
If the item received is faulty, please contact our customer care team by emailing Click Here (opens email form) and stating the order number, name and address, details of the product, the reason for the return, and whether a refund or a replacement is required. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return, making sure it is returned to us within 30 days of receipt. We advise either recorded delivery or obtaining proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for non-deliveries. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of misuse.
Colour Disclaimer
The colour of the product you receive may not match the colour displayed by our website on your computer monitor, pictures are for display purposes only. Please be aware that if the colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.
