Delivery estimates and help

Royal Mail delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed next-day delivery service. Delivery to some remote and island addresses may take longer. Selecting a faster postal service does not remove the time needed to produce your gift.

Although we endeavour to despatch all orders within the stated lead times, these may be affected due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If you need your gift for a particular date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm what’s possible. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, contact us with your order number. Further guidance about delayed deliveries is available on our Delivery information page.
