Problems with delivery
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please contact us with your order number and we’ll help.
For gifts despatched by PMC, our supplier may wait up to 10 working days from the date of despatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item. You can still contact us before then if you’re concerned about your delivery.
