Can I buy a gift without personalisation?

Some gifts can be ordered without personalisation, and most of our wedding horseshoes are unpersonalised. Please check the individual product description, as options vary between items. If you’re unsure, get in touch before ordering.

How do I enter my personalisation?

Enter your details in the personalisation fields on the product page, following the guidance provided. Please double-check names, dates, spelling, spacing and punctuation before adding your gift to the basket.

Any product-specific rules, including uppercase lettering and character limits, will be explained on the listing.

Can I change my personalisation after ordering?

Please contact us as soon as possible, including your order number and the change you’d like to make. Changes cannot be guaranteed, particularly once production has started.

Can my gift arrive by a particular date?

Please ask before placing your order if you need a gift for a specific occasion. Production and delivery take time, so check the individual listing and our Delivery information page before ordering. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Are production time and delivery time the same?

No. Production time is the time needed to prepare your gift before it is posted. Delivery time is the journey after despatch. Please allow for both when planning your order.

Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?

Yes, gifts can be sent directly to the recipient. Enter their address as the delivery address at checkout and check all details carefully before completing your order.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the item and any damaged packaging. Keep the item and packaging while the issue is being reviewed.
