Production and dispatch times for our gifts are based on a Monday to Friday service only and does not include weekends and bank holidays.
Please be aware that during busy times it may take longer to produce your order.
Standard Royal Mail 48hr - £3.95 (this service is not trackable)
All orders placed via Standard Delivery are dispatched as per the production times as stated below, then delivered via Royal Mail 48hr.
Royal Mail 24hr - £4.25 (this service is not trackable) (this is not a next day service)
All orders placed via Royal Mail 24hr are dispatched as per the production times as stated below, then delivered via Royal Mail 24hr
Royal Mail Tracked - £8.95 (this is not a next day service)

Some of our suppliers do not offer this service, so please check first.
Next Day delivery is only applicable to Engraved items, Chocolate Bars, Teddies in Jumpers, Printed Cards, Selected Mugs and Embroidered items.
We cannot be held responsible for items not reaching you in time.
Personalised gifts are made to your specification so;
Please order your items in plenty of time, allowing for the process and delivery times being the longest set for each item.
(example: 1 to 3 days) base your time scale on 3 days.
We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
If you have not received your items, you must check with your local sorting office even if you have not received notification from your postman that they are holding items for you. If your goods are returned because you did not collect them from the sorting office, you will be asked to pay for the postage of the items again.
In the event that we reproduce an item for you and subsequently the original is returned as undelivered by Royal Mail, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee up to 100% of the trade price of the reproduced product.
We reserve the right to wait up to 14 working days from the date of dispatch before taking further action regarding an undelivered item.
we will not be held liable for any late deliveries if delays occur by causes beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation:-
(b) severe weather conditions;
(c) industrial dispute;
(d) strike or labour disputes
My Parcel Hasn't Arrived?
If you have not received your items within the specified time, our suppliers ask that you please follow these instructions:
- We ask that you allow 14 working days from dispatch, for the items to be delivered by Royal Mail
- If they have still not arrived - check with your neighbours, in case the items were left with them (see Royal Mail's Delivery Policy below)
- Check with your local sorting office (in case a 'Something for you’ card is misplaced)
- After the above has been completed, contact ourselves and we will be able to replace or refund the items.
Although we endeavour to dispatch all orders by the above lead times these may be affected due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the above information is correct; however, Just The Right Gift reserves the right to change the above prices and lead times without prior notice.
Royal Mail - Deliver to Neighbour Policy
Royal Mail has introduced the Deliver to Neighbour policy.
If a customer is out when Royal Mail try to deliver an item that is too large to fit through their letter box, an attempt to leave the item with a neighbour will be made instead.
Special delivery and international items that require a signature are not included in the initiative and will be returned to the Delivery office rather than be left with a neighbour.
If an item is delivered to a neighbouring property a ‘Something for you’ card will be posted through the addressee’s letter-box telling them this.
If an item is unable to be delivered to the address or a neighbour, the item will be returned to the local Royal Mail Delivery Office for your customer to collect it, or to arrange a re-delivery.
Items are retained at the Delivery Office for 18 days awaiting the customer to collect the items.
