Personalised gifts have no intrinsic value once personalised and as such we urge you to take great care that no mistakes are made when ordering from our website as we cannot accept returns once the item has been personalised.

I received the wrong item.

Please note the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs of these products unless an incorrect item is dispatched by ourselves.
The buyer has 14 days once in receipt of the goods to activate a return and to return the item to us within 14 working days after that. The buyer is instructed to pack the item(s) carefully and return it in the same condition as it was received.
After 28 days the buyer is not entitled to a refund.
