In order to provide a fast service some products are immediately sent for production.

Personalised gifts have no intrinsic value once personalised and as such we urge you to take great care that you, are happy with the size and colour of the product you are ordering, that the personalisation is spelt correctly and the correct address is provided.
We cut and paste the information you supply to fulfil your order, to make sure the personalisation is how you entered it.
We cannot accept returns once the item has been personalised, unless it was damaged during delivery.
You should contact use immediately if the items arrive damaged or mistakes have been made by ourselves.

I Received The Wrong Item.
If the item received is not what was originally ordered, please contact customer care by emailing Click Here (opens email form) and stating the order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether a refund or a replacement is required.
