Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the production process and a refund will not be possible.

If you still wish to cancel the order, 100% of the order will still be charged.

Please note: In order to provide a fast service some products are immediately sent for production.

Please check you're on screen order and the confirmation email carefully as we cannot refund products which have been misspelt by yourself.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund.

The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights. 


Returns and exchange

Personalised gifts have no intrinsic value once personalised and as such we urge you to take great care that no mistakes are made when ordering from our website as we cannot accept returns once the item has been personalised.

We will cut and paste the information you supply us in order to fulfil your order. You should contact use immediately if the items arrive damaged or mistakes that have been made by ourselves. I received the wrong item.

If the item received is not what was originally ordered, please contact customer care by emailing Click Here (opens email form) and stating the order number,  name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether a refund or a replacement is required. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. 


Faulty item

If the item received is faulty, please contact our customer care team by emailing Click Here (opens email form) and stating the order number,  name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether a refund or a replacement is required. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return, making sure it is returned to us within 30 days of receipt.

We advise either recorded delivery or obtaining proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for non-deliveries. 

Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.


Colour

The colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed by our website on your computer monitor, pictures are for display purposes only.

Please be aware that if the colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.
